The MOBIS Schedule encompasses management, organizational and business improvement efforts that will improve the performance, quality, timeliness, and efficiency of services provided by the Federal government. These services will facilitate agencies' responses to dynamic, evolutionary influences and mandates and will enable them to continuously improve mission performance.
